Mission Statement
Our mission is to rescue abandoned, homeless, abused, neglected, and otherwise unwanted dogs, cats and small companion animals, with the ultimate goal of finding each one a stable and loving forever home.
Description
Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue that operates almost entirely by volunteer efforts. We rescue dogs, cats, and small companion animals and place them in foster homes until they are adopted by a forever family. TCPR focuses on rescuing animals in critical need and those at risk of being euthanized.
Once rescued, all animals stay in foster homes, receive optimal veterinary care, high-quality nutrition, and basic training in preparation for adoption. We have rescued and placed more than 2,000 animals with loving forever families since our founding in 2009.
We also provide community animal services including nail trim and microchip clinics, educational events and pet-friendly activity events. Our work cannot continue without ongoing help from amazing volunteers. Please consider joining the TCPR team today and help save the lives of companion animals one life at a time!
