Humanity Moves

Description

Humanity Moves serves:

• To partner with national arts organizations that employ teaching dance, yoga and movement artists in school and community centers;
• To provide a network of communication to discuss teaching artist issues and for the exchange of resources;
• To provide on-going professional development and learning labs for teaching artists working in the public schools and in public service;
• To train yoga instructors in the Yoga Warriors curriculum, a movement-based methodology created to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in military veterans and first responders;
