Mission Statement

To be organized and operated exclusively for educational, recreational, civic and charitable purposes, all as contemplated and permitted by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and in connection therewith exclusively for the welfare and benefit of the Cary and Fox River Grove communities (hereinafter referred to as the "Cary-Grove Community@) to assist in the performance of the educational, recreational and charitable purposes of the Cary-Grove Community, by providing funds and property for educational, recreational and charitable purposes for which funds may not otherwise be available to the Cary-Grove Community.
