Description

Hospice is a coordinated program of comfort care and support services designed to meet the unique needs of patients and families facing a limited life expectancy. Services provided are directed though a interdisciplinary team of professionals - physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, aides, therapists and volunteers. Bereavement services are also available to families up to one year following the patients death.
