Mission Statement

The East Central Indiana Suicide Prevention Coalition is a non-profit organization committed to preventing suicide, increasing suicide awareness, knowledge, and prevention skills in the community, and offering support to those affected by suicide in the Indiana counties of Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Grant, Henry, Howard, Jay, Madison, Randolph, Rush, Tipton, Union, and Wayne.

Description

The East Central Indiana Suicide Prevention Coalition is the only non-profit organization in east central Indiana dedicated solely to preventing suicide. Founded in April 2012, we are a group of community members, professionals, and students working to make a positive difference in the east central Indiana region through providing suicide prevention trainings, bringing in nationally recognized speakers, consulting with local organizations and individuals, and providing suicide prevention information relevant to east central Indiana.

**We currently do not have a central office. We typically meet each month at a local library branch in Muncie. The above address is our current mailing address.
