Mission Statement

Our program offers volunteers the chance to work with at-risk youth in the community to guide them in developing their decision making skills, take responsibility for their behavior and choices, and to make better decisions in the future. We offer multiple different types of volunteer roles and are dedicated to building a safter community by discouraging juvenile crime, restoring victim well-being, and emphasizing direct offender accountability.

Description

We are a non-profit organization that consists of three core components including Accountability Mentoring, Accountability Workshops, and Victim-Offender Conferencing. Restorative Justice principles involve the victim in the criminal justice process, as well as emphasizing restoring the harm done by crime to the community as a whole. Direct accountability is encouraged and we work with clients to reach resolution instead of relying only on the traditional criminal justice system. We primarily work with at-risk youth within the community.
