Mission:
To increase the number of Hispanic students who graduate from high school, pursue post-secondary opportunities and become productive members of the workforce.

Description

Conexiones is a comprehensive, school based initiative designed to enhance the academic success of Hispanic students, from pre-K to college. Its family focused programming places bilingual, bicultural staff within school sites. These staff work to engage parents and students so that they can develop the skills necessary to achieve their full potential as role models, mentors, community leaders and young professionals.

Conexiones collaborates with community stakeholders such as public schools, institutions of higher learning, local businesses, and community organizations in order to create a comprehensive support system. These services and programs work to provide the supports young people need to ensure successful completion of high school and a seamless transition into the workforce.
