The Summit House program strengthens the family by intervening in the lives of nonviolent female offenders and their children. Comprehensive services are administered to the women and their children through the efforts of a public - private partnership in a highly structured and controlled environment. The program strives to break the cycle of crime.

Residential Treatment program for non violent woman offenders and their children 7 years of age or under.
