Mission Statement

The Mission of Montgomery County Churches in Action is to improve the quality of life in Montgomery County, North Carolina through ministries of compassion in partnership with area churches, businesses, and other service organizations.

Description

MCCA provides relief for individuals and families in crisis through short-term help with: food, utilities, firewood, housing, clothing, medications, weatherization, referrals and client advocacy.

MCCA provides long-term help with: Meals on Wheels, Biscoe Food Pantry, Community Garden, Employment counseling and placement, financial counseling, adult education, Hispanic ministries, and Candor After School All Stars.
