• Provide consultancy services.

• Impart training to developmental workers to build their capacity to improve quality of work and management of agency and its programmes.

• Document experiences of philanthropists, developmental workers and voluntary organizations.

• Help in developing policy management, decentralized programme work, exchange of education programme etc.

• Facilitate voluntary organizations to develop action plan based on existing philanthropic and developmental trends by way of sharing information and experiences and reaffirming coordination and cooperation themselves.

• Play a key role in supporting voluntary organizations through innovative initiatives towards improving financial management and income generation opportunities, identifying and assessing organizational assets, assessing concerned voluntary organization's workers potentialities, identifying assessing its reputation and creating opportunities for change and meeting challenges.
