Description

Blount Memorial Hospice serves patients and families in Blount, Monroe, Sevier, and Loudon Counties in East Tennessee. Patients must be within the expected last 6 months of life and either live with a caregiver or live alone with a plan to have full time care as their physical support needs increase. Our non-profit hospice typically serves approximately 60 patients at a time and provides care from nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.
