Mission Statement

The Carroll County Farm Museum is an educational facility created to promote the prestige and general welfare of Carroll County by fostering "the preservation and proper appreciation of the rural culture of Carroll County and the spirit and the values which this culture typifies."

Description

Step back in time to learn how the ninteenth century farm family lived and worked. Take a guided tour of the six exhibit rooms in the 1850s Farmhouse and of the Hoff Log Barn. Tour the Living History Center and other exhibit buildings, and watch artisans demonstrate old-time skills that were so necessary to life in the 1800s and early 1900s.
