Organization Information

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide support to young mothers who are battling life-threatening cancer while raising minor children. Our main objective is to provide this unique group of families an improved quality of life through financial and peer support. If you or someone you know might be interested in volunteering, please apply. Throughout the year, we recruit volunteers for special events such as our MAMCF 5k Run at the Angel Stadium. Visit us often to get on the list for volunteering at our special events. We have been lucky to have hundreds of wonderful volunteers help us grow and execute our mission. Volunteers, from Disney, Apple, CVS Health, St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Jude's Hospital, City of Hope, UCI Health and more have helped our special cancer community. Get Involved today!

I love volunteering for this foundation because the directors are dedicated to assist the mother's with cancer and provide them everything they need. They gave me great experience to help with their yearly events as well as seeing the process of creating a marketing plan. I hope to continue to help with this foundation because they have inspired me to continue to help the community.

I have seen first hand the impact MAMCF has had on moms' lives and also their family's lives. From tangible financial assistance like a food card to assist with groceries or working alongside Walk With Sally and other organizations, MAMCF puts all energy and effort and resource into making and improving the quality of life for each MAMCF candidate. They are also constantly looking for new and innovative ways to get things done to ensure the best and most efficient care of each of our MAMCF moms and their families.

This is such a great organization that spreads awareness to all. They truly care about the families that they help and do everything in their power to make these moms feel fantastic about themselves. I am honored to have volunteered with them!

From the volunteers to the founders, everyone are very generous in their time and dedication to this great cause. Unlike other charities, a majority of MAMCF's proceeds go directly to whom needs it most. I would definitely recommend this amazing charity to everyone.
