Description

NB achieves its mission by providing 37 small and startup nonprofit organizations with a host of services that include:

Intensive, ongoing, individualized technical assistance aimed at building entrepreneurs' skills in: strategic planning and organizational development; fundraising; financial management; marketing and public relations; staff and volunteer management, and more;

Monthly group workshops led by experts in a variety of relevant subject areas; and

Peer mentoring and support through regular Support Group meetings.

In addition to these basic support services, staff provides the following additional technical assistance services:

Fiscal sponsorship and nonprofit status under RHDs 501c3;

Office Space;

Full fiscal oversight;

Payroll Services;

Accounts Payable and receivable;

Annual audit;

Administrative support;

Access to computers, printers, fax, copier, and other office technology;

MIS services; and

Professional liability insurance.
