In partnership with community stakeholders, Park Central Development works to strengthen and attract investment that creates and maintains vibrant neighborhoods and commercial districts in the City of St. Louis.

Description

Park Central Development is a community development corporation that strives to strengthen and attract investment to neighborhoods throughout the St. Louis region. These neighborhoods include Bevo Mill, Botanical Heights, the Central West End, Forest Park Southeast, King’s Oak, Tiffany, and Midtown. In addition Park Central Development contracts with neighborhoods and commercial districts throughout the City of St. Louis that are seeking assistance regarding neighborhood plans and the creation and/or administration of special taxing districts.
