Mission: The Neighborhood Liaison program strengthens community wellness in the University area neighborhoods by:

  • Developing students as informed, active, and respectful citizens;
  • Connecting leaders and cultivating healthy relationships;
  • Supporting community initiatives addressing neighborhood issues.

Description

Student and Community Relations is home to the Neighborhood Liaisons and provides information, programs, as well as referral resources to support all aspects of off-campus student residential life. The goal of SCR is to assist students in being active and contributing members of their neighborhoods, and also be a University point of contact and resource for property owners, neighborhood organizations, and parents of students.
