The South Franklin Community Center seeks:

To increase the quality of life in the South Franklin neighborhood by: providing access to programs that promote individual growth and achievement; encouraging the growth of neighbor-neighbor relationships; and offering a space where residents can become friends. This fostering of community spirit increases self-reliance and personal success as networks are built and knowledge is shared.
