To acquire and steward land for the benefit of all species in the Lower Nehalem River - Neahkahnie Mountain region

Description

The Lower Nehalem Community Trust obtains and stewards land in Tillamook County of particular public and ecological value. Currently, the Trust owns and stewards two properties totalling over 75 acres near Manzanita and Wheeler, Oregon. It also runs a Coastal Food Ecology Center, emphasizing the connection between local, healthy food and environmental sustainability.
