Our Mission is to enchance the lives of residents in the surrounding community. We will impact the livesof youth from low income families, high risk environments, with little or no resources to assist them with financial and educational needs. DOVES will provide these youth with a safe, nuturing environment along with quality educational training, job skills, financial empowerment and outreach activities with enrichment programs so that they have the opportunities to focus on career goals that will alter their lives to become productie citizens in their communities.
