Mission Statement

William S. Hart Park is a historical park located in Newhall, CA. We have a barnyard that includes many different types of animals at the park. Hart Park preserves the legacy of silent film actor, William S. Hart. Mr. Hart loved animals, which is why our animals are such an important part of our park.

Description

William S. Hart Park's barnyard is home to a variety of animals, including: wild boar, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, horses, a donkey, a steer, rabbits, a turkey and pheasants. Also, we have a herd of 13 bison. The barnyard staff and volunteers feed the animals, clean their enclosures, and do all other tasks related to the care of animals.
