The mission of SouthernCare is to ensure quality of life to patients who are dealing with life limiting illnesses.

Description

SouthernCare serves patients in Jefferson and surrounding counties. We provide a team of health care professionals who go to the patients home or home like settings. Our Hearts of Hospice volunteers are a vital part of this team. The volunteers unselfishly devote their time to brighten the days of our patients and their families.

Volunteering for this group of people is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling ways you can spend your time. The crew at SouthernCare is so easy to work with and the patients being served are so appreciative! -- I highly recommend becoming a hospice volunteer!
