Rose City Center provides high quality, in-depth, sliding scale, talk therapy to individual adults, adolescents, couples and families in the San Gabriel Valley and trains predoctoral and postdoctoral clinicians.
Accessible Psychotherapy. Rose City Center provides high quality, low-fee, psychoanalytic therapy to individual adults, adolescents, couples and families in the San Gabriel Valley. Rose City Center was founded by a group of psychologists and community leaders who saw the need to make psychoanalytic therapy more accessible to low-income individuals and families.
Our Approach. Rose City Center employs post-doctoral, registered psychologists who are psychodynamically-oriented and committed to helping clients identify and work through internal conflicts that negatively impact their lives. All staff psychologists receive extensive supervision and training from the Clinical Director and a variety of psychoanalytically-oriented therapists in the area.
Rose City Center offers an alternative to other community agencies, because it lacks the constraints of insurance requirements, and is committed to providing intensive services that yield long-term results. This allows the therapist and the client to determine the length and frequency of treatment, which is essential for high quality psychodynamic psychotherapy.
