Mission Statement

The mission of Hospice of the Sacred Heart is to affirm life during the final stages by providing high quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages and their families who are facing terminal illness; to set the standard of hospice and palliative care in the area we serve; to promote excellence in pain and symptom management; to provide access to hospice care to the underserved and underprivileged by meeting their needs in a non-discriminatory manner; to use available resources efficienty and effectively; and to deliver the message of promoting and providing comfort and dignity at the end of life by educating the health care community and the community at large.
