Council for Educational Travel, USA

This year after becoming a coordinator for CETUSA myself, we volunteered to host an exchange student from South Korea. The experience has been very positive so far. I've been able to witness the representatives of this organization put their money where their mouths are. The support we receive from our coordinator is very helpful & we know we can contact her for any issues that arise at any time. In fact, for the few minor issues we've had when our student was going through some homesickness, our coordinator has responded immediately & was visiting our home to make sure everything was resolved within the next day or two. She also calls every so often to see how things are going. Our student has been pretty good so far as well. We don't ever have trouble with misbehavior & she loves to help cook dinner every night. She is diligent with her studies & is also good about cleaning up after herself. Overall, a good experience & we have already learned so much about a different culture!
