Since 1984, Share Our Strength has led the fight against global hunger and poverty by inspiring and organizing individuals and businesses to share their strengths. It has raised and spent over $190 million and has granted critical funds to over 1,000 hunger-related organizations around the globe to help the most effective organizations sustain their efforts and maximize their capacity to deliver results. Today, our priority is to end childhood hunger in America by 2025 ensuring that the nearly 14 million American children facing hunger have access to the nutritious food they need to learn, grow and thrive

In Atlanta, we have raised more than $6 million which has been granted to anti-hunger, anti poverty organizations such as The Atlanta Community Food Bank, Project Open Hand, Genesis-A New Life and other organizations in Georgia and beyond.
