Berkeley High School Development Group

Mission Statement

We are Berkeley High School Alums, coordinating with other non-profit organizations to raise funds, support and awareness about existing Scholarships and Alumni Special Projects that benefit Berkeley High School, Berkeley K-8 students, Berkeley Community College and U.C. Berkeley students, as well as Parents, Staff and Faculty who dedicate their time, effort and energy to keep these institutions solvent, dynamic and relevant for all who rely upon them for some of the best educational experiences available via the Public Schools System. The purpose is to foster a sense of Community Identity, Unity, Service Learning, Volunteerism, Social Responsibility and Civic Engagement, as well as stimulate a positive Environmental and Economic impact via participant patronization of local businesses, parks and Civic Infrastructure along route and within City Limits.
