Mission Statement

The Specialists Guild is a not for profit social enterprise providing opportunities and support for people on the Autism Spectrum to contribute to society at a level in line with their intelligence and abilities, allowing them to earn a living doing meaningful and fulfilling work.

Description

The TSG model is to 1) identify appropriate career areas for adults on the autism spectrum, particularly those with HFA and Asperger's; 2) ensure appropriate training is available at a reasonable price, to work with other non-profit and educational organizations to provide the training, or to do the training ourselves; 3) successful graduates from the introductory training are invited to become paid interns for up to one year, receiving advanced training and experience on real paid work,
