The Mission of the Good Samaritan Shelter is that each man seeking assistance from the Good Samaritan Shelter, Inc. becomes a productive member of society, a valued employee and a respected member of his community.

Description

The Good Samaritan Shelter has two residency programs: Emergency homeless shelter and Transitional housing. The Emergency shelter serves men who find themselves homeless for a variety of reasons. Guests are allowed to remain at the emergency shelter for 60 days. The Transitional housing serves men who have resided in the emergency shelter for the entire 60 days and have been exemplary guests. The goal of the Transitional home is to ease men from homelessness to independence. Transitional home residents are allowed a 12-month residency.
