AFCA is a non-profit organization that helps HIV+/AIDS children and their guardians in sub-Saharan Africa who have no other access to aid. AFCA provides critical AIDS and related medications, medical equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, and emergency supplies that are requested by the institutions in its targeted areas. Currently, AFCA is working with seven institutions in Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe.

Fantastic charity that not only provides medicine and basic nutrition to HIV children and their caregivers in Sub-Sahara Africa, but helps to build self-sufficiency for them. Especially through their ‘Livelihood program’ that supplies goats and other livestock to allow families to eventually provide for themselves. In 2011, They spent 92% on programs directly affecting the children (medicine, training, school fees, food, livelihood programs), 6% on fundraising and 2% on administration.
