Mission Statement

Suncoast Rehabilitation Center’s mission is twofold: A) To rehabilitate the drug and alcohol addict returning them to society as an ethical and contributing member AND B) To provide our youth of today with true, accurate information about drugs, their influences on themselves and society as a whole so that they can make educated decisions and stay clear of drugs and drug addiction as well as do all they can to help their areas of influence stay clear of drugs. This is accomplished in the main through drug education kits in schools; live, interactive drug education lectures in schools or private groups and distribution of drug education materials to our youth.

Description

Suncoast Rehab Center delivers an intensive, long-term program that addresses the physical and mental aspects of addiction and gets to the underlying problem(s) that led to drug use in the first place. Important reasons why the SRC program is different and more effective includes long-term treatment, physical detoxification to remove the drugs & toxins from the body that cause cravings & relapse and in-depth life skills and cognitive therapy courses and counseling that get to the bottom of why the addict started using in the first place putting the person back in control of their life.
