Mission Statement

To assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the planning and providing of services, using the principles of self-determination, in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.

Description

Our program provides resources to assist individuals with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or in family homes, and to achieve with dignity inclusion of adults with developmental disabilities in their community based upon their choices, their abilities, with respect for their hopes and aspirations.
