Greet patrons in a friendly, welcoming manner

Foster a responsive, comfortable learning environment

Provide timely follow-up asistance as needed.

Assist patrons with research and information needs using the various available resources

Guide patrons to additional local resources- both in-hospital and community-based programs that further assist with their research needs.

Record information on library usage-including number of visiotrs, research needs and modes of research by sing patron logs, surveys, interviews and other forms of information gathering tools as requested

Documetn and inform the Operations Coordinator of community input; including complaints, resource needs and problems of anysort.

Shifts: Minimum two shifts per months, 4 hours per shift is reuired volunteer time.
