TEAM's purpose is to help churches send missionaries to establish reproducing churches among the nations to the glory of God.

TEAM is a leading-edge mission working together in over 40 countries to reproduce the Body of Christ. TEAM is striving to develop expertise in following the "moving target" of the least reached peoples, partnering with churches and other agencies in reaching them. Unlimited opportunities are available for true servanthood and incarnational ministry. Use your skills, hobbies, and training to effectively build relationships with people who need to hear the message of Jesus Christ. Immerse yourself in the language, culture, and lives of other people so that God's church can grow in new soil. TEAM will come alongside to provide the right resources so that you can be involved in a multi-ethnic, multi-national world mission workforce.
