"To serve as a rural art organization devoted to the promotion and appreciation of various art forms in relation to the needs and desires of the diverse population of the community. The provision of art activities will be done in a spirit of cooperation with local existing arts organizations in order to best utilize the resources of the community."

Description

The Ohoopee Regional Council for the Arts (ORCA) is dedicated to providing arts education and cultural events for the community. ORCA is also a re-granting agency through the Georgia Council for the Arts and distributes funds to eight surrounding counties.
