Mission Statement

To qualify the Property Tax Rollback initiative for the November Election which will return sanity and fairness to Arizona's property tax system.

Description

The referendum process is the fourth branch of the state government where 'we the people' can enact laws or make constitutional amendments. Our petition is being circulated 100% by volunteers who collect signatures in their local community. We limit the property tax that can be collected starting in 2007 to no more than was collected in 2003. This protects homeowners from explosive tax increases resulting when your neighbor sells their home for a lot more than you had paid for yours.
