Mission Statement

To provide trained and proficient Honors Teams to present Final Military Honors (FMH) for America's Veterans.

To provide trained and proficient Homeland Security Teams to augment the Department of Homeland Security (HLS), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), The American Red Cross and local state and federal agencies during times of crisis.

Description

Volunteers are needed to provide Final Military Honors (FMH) Teams to Honor our Veterans. Our volunteer members are a non-paid professional volunteer force who pay their own expenses, including purchasing their own military uniforms and providing their own transportation to and from funeral services.
Volunteers are also needed for Homeland Security and Defense (HLS) Teams USV members complete HLS training, thru online and resident courses, and become involved with local Citizens Emergency Response Training (CERT), (DART), and other emergency response teams, enabling them to respond with local agencies during times of crisis. Since 9/11/01 things have drastically changed in America.
