LULAC Youth District 8 is dedicated to providing for the less fortunate in the Greater Houston Area. With Youth councils in many of the high schools in Houston, Galveston, Channelview, Lake Jackson and Spring Area, we are able to provided students with leadership and the tools to lead a successful life.
