During these uncertain times, how can we help?

All One Ocean seeks to enhance the vitality of Ocean ecosystems, protect marine life, beautify beaches and improve human health by reducing the amount of debris, especially plastic trash, that makes its way into the world's Oceans. All One Ocean envisions a world where people understand the critical value and purpose of the Earth's complex Ocean systems and make life choices that support the health of these systems.
All One Ocean (AOO) is a non-profit based in the Bay Area that is devoted to educating people about the destructive impacts of human trash by providing a simple way for beach-goers to help clean up our
waterways, beautify beaches and prevent needless death and suffering to marine life any time they visit the beach. We partner with beach agencies, other non-profits and communities to install Beach Clean Up Stations (BCUS).
BCUS are small boxes permanently mounted at the entrance to beaches. They contain sturdy, re-purposed bags for collecting beach debris and are decorated with educational signage as well as kids' ocean-themed art. Our approach is friendly and inviting. We believe that, given the opportunity, people will act in new ways to protect what they love.
AOO now has six Beach Clean Up Stations in the San Francisco Bay Area, with many more planned for the coming months, including in Hawaii. We have received inquiries from near and far, from Sonoma County to the Great Lakes and Maine, as well as the UK and Germany.
Essentially, our Stations make every day, on every beach, a clean up day.
All One Ocean also works closely with curriculum partners to engage and educate children and adults in the classroom, the workplace and on the beach.
