Mission Statement

Jersey Shore Huskies Travel Softball ( affiliated with the Aberdeen/Matawan Youth Athletic Association and its members) is a competitive fast-pitch program located in Aberdeen, New Jersey. The Huskies are dedicated to provide girls a program that promotes camaraderie, sportsmanship and personal growth through the challenge of competition.

Description

Our coaches are motivated to provide each player, a fun-filled experience while improving softball skills.Teams are selected each fall (see Tryouts) and play in a league as well as participate in local tournaments.

In addition, the teams conduct winter workouts beginning in January.These workouts comprised of batting practice, skill drills and conditioning.

These off-season programs and the willingness of every player to prepare, establishes a solid foundation, to learn from each other and foster the necessary tool for success. Each player builds their knowledge and makes a contribution to the team in whole.

Our coaches strive to teach and provide all our players the confidence and skills not only on the playing field, but in which they can inspire them beyond and into future endeavors.
