Description

Under the leadership of Craig Butts, Director of IBSA in KCKS expanded to Kansas City, Kansas in 2004. In 2006, Craig Butts, Director of the KCK office, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the UPC(United Presidents Council) of Kansas City Housing Authority where an office has been established. The UPC has access to 3300 residents within the KCK public housing.
