This mission is best accomplished by removing barriers to care, creating access and encouraging patient choice and self-dertermination.

The Center For Hospice & Palliative Care is the umbrella agency that houses 7 agencies that combined work together to bring the best end-of-life care to our community. Each one of the agencies depends on the services of volunteers to deliver and support this unique care.
