This organization is very well planned, I worked with their summer camp of 2023. They are incredible at including every one of the kids in the activities no matter their disability. They were very kind when working with the minors working as volunteers, as I was. Many insured that we are not overworked on hot days. They are extremely flexible to volunteers and client's needs. Problems were attended to respectfully. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Angelwood. They are very well-done agency; they have a very home-like feel to their work. I hope you have the same experience as I did! The only complaint I have heard is that there is not much training, and I can see the worry of these people. There is a need for volunteers and other than background checks there is not much in the way of training. This did not affect me personally, but I do understand the younger workers (12-15) may not understand how to help people who need this help. There were adults as old as 40, to help as well
