The Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation is a 501(c) 3 civic and philanthropic organization with a mission "To leverage collective business leadership to build a more prosperous Heartland."

Description

The Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation accomplishes its mission through community enhancement, Heartland development, and youth enrichment. Ak-Sar-Ben brings together people and communities to support community grant scholarships, grants to communities to support local initiatives, and heartland 4-H youth through the 4-H Purple Ribbon Auction. The Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation also plans the River City Rodeo & Stock Show, the annual fair & festival that more than 100,000 people attend for its Douglas County Fair, 4-H Stock Show, Justin Boots Championships of the Wrangler Million Dollar Tour Rodeo, big name country music concerts and other fun-filled family entertainment!
