Mission Statement

Dallas Contemporary presents art in a forum that cultivates artists, ignites learning and inspires the community.

Description

Dallas Contemporary is a non-collecting art museum presenting new and challenging ideas from regional, national and international artists. The institution is committed to engaging the public through exhibitions, lectures, educational programs and events. Recently relocated in a repurposed industrial building at 161 Glass Street in the Design District, Dallas Contemporary is a unique artspace with a rotating schedule of dynamic exhibitions.

Dallas Contemporary is open to the public: Tuesday ~ Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm; Sunday, 12 to 5 pm; and 1st Thursdays until 8 pm. Admission is FREE. For information, please call 214-821-2522 or visit www.dallascontemporary.org.

Would you recommend Dallas Contemporary?

The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The environment is fun and food is always provided, which is a definite plus!
