Description

The Transportation Program of Catholic Charities of Schenectady County serves those 60+ years of age and older who reside in Schenectady County. We transport seniors to medical appointments Mondays through Fridays. These seniors do not have any other means by which to obtain needed medical services. We do not charge for our services; they are provided on a contribution only basis.

Catholic Charities of Schenectady County has several programs that provide services such as eight Senior Dining Centers, Home Delivered Meals, Casework & Counseling, Nutrition Outreach, Family Counseling, Talking, Listening, Caring, Wheels for Work and Healthy Schenectady Families.
