Fresno County EOC - Journal of Bridges (JOBs) Program

Description

The JOBs program puts thought and care into matching young adults with Career Coaches, who serve as a guide to help participating young adults develop life skills and achieve their career goals. These coaches assist the young adult in solving problems that may interfere with his/her success. This is accomplished through orientation sessions with coaches, regular meetings and email/phone correspondence between the young adults and their coaches, and attendance at several monthly activities coordinated by the program. The program is also flexible and able to address the needs of specific populations of coaches and young adults.
