Description

The Wellness Center offers assistance in weight loss by the use of Mechanical Bikes, Eliptical Machines, Tread Mills, Mechanical Weights, Free Weights, indoor heated pool, spa. There is a public use tv for vedio exercise tapes. We have weight lifting personnel, Certified Lifeguard, Certified Staff with CPR & First Aid. We are seeking out volunteer(s) to begin aquatic exercise programs as well as start a swim club for those interested. We are a new staff that is why we are asking for assistance through volunteers. We have one volunteer as of now which is proving yery useful in the office operations.
