The Mission of the Jacqueline Spencer Memorial Counseling Center, Inc., is to provide culturally appropriate and professional counseling and supportive services to residents of the Central Ward and surrounding communities, seeking to raise the standards of life by means of compassionand the teaching of values and spirituality.

Description

At Jacqueline Spencer Memorial we work hand and hand with our urban community with our counseling and personal development programs as well as programs for academic enrichment and youth mentoring. As like our surrounding area, JSMCC is full of life and excitement, from working with young children to counseling cilents.
