Mission Statement

Camp Acorn’s mission is to provide a supportive environment through social-recreational programs that address the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children and adults with special needs.

Description

Camp Acorn provides a recreational and educational program year-round to more than 100 children and young adults with multiple physical and cognitive disabilities. Our therapeutic and instructional program develops fine motor, gross motor, and transitional skills while building confidence and self-esteem skills. All activities are adapted to the individual needs of each camper.
