Description
Abaana Community Outreach Africa (ACO-Africa) is an international, non-discriminatory, non-profit organization committed to providing support for the most vulnerable groups in society. We place an emphasis on education, health, psychosocial issues, economic empowerment, and nutrition, human and environmental rights.
ACO Africa endeavors to ensure that children and other vulnerable people are made aware of their rights and are able to reach their full potential.
ACO Africa supports and empowers communities, focusing on HIV-positive children, orphans and other vulnerable groups. Our aim is that all children should receive primary education, health and other kinds of basic care. We also advocate for women rights. Our purpose is to provide women with the opportunity to become productive members of their own community, assume leadership roles, and have a positive impact on society.
